Job description
We are looking for Administrative Assistant to manager our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, which includes some of the following task: Managing incoming and outgoing mail, paying invoices, accepting orders, preparing orders. Calling local business to promote our catering offers. Human resources, including creating schedules, preparing timesheets to send out to our payroll companies, recruiting and hiring team members for our locations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
