As a Jamba AM, how do you matter to the company and our community?
- You will lead by example in our stores and bring our "Leave Your Mark" mission to life.
- As the AM, you will support the General Manager in regards to the results of the business through controlling costs, improving sales performance, maintaining high quality standards for cleanliness and sanitation, and above all else - delivering awesome service that encourages our guests to visit us again and again.
- We actively coach and train on the line. You'll have an impact on the development of the team and shaping who they are as employees and overall people.
What can this job do for you?
- You will be pushed to achieve results in terms of sales, guest satisfaction, operations, local store marketing, meeting budgets, and team development.
- You'll be the right-hand person for the General Manager.
- You will have the ability to grow with the company, but the flexibility to work around school/family/etc.
- You will have regular interaction and personal attention from your GM and District Manager to provide ongoing coaching, recognition, and reward results.

Salary : $18 - $19
