Salary : $18 to $20 per hour

The ideal candidate will handle Sales & Use Tax administrative and Accounting tasks , supporting business growth by processing invoices, transactions, and expenses, and updating the accounting database. This role offers opportunities to enhance accounting knowledge and experience.

Main Responsibilities :

• Organize client data (invoices, receipts, bank statements)
• Record financial transactions
• Analyze financial reports
• Reconcile bank statements
• Maintain accounting records
• Coordinate with the Tax Department
• Preparer Sales & Use Tax
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP
• Participate in special projects
• Maintain the chart of accounts and filing system
• Record daily transactions
• Support supervisors with accounting tasks
• Submit weekly timesheets
• Update task records in IT systems
• Perform other related duties
