PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
The Commercial Processor will support our Commercial Account Management division.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process day-to-day certificates.
- Send renewal certificates to carriers.
- Pull loss runs and prepare loss summaries.
- Pull policy forms from carrier sites.
- Pull flood zone information.
- SIS work comp policies.
- Participate in data entry/data review projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with limited supervision and make decisions quickly.
- Strong organization/communication skills - including the ability to develop relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
- A proven ability to work in a team environment and meet strict deadlines - all while providing exemplary customer service.
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook).
