As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role will focus on employee engagement, HR administrative support, and coordination of HR-related activities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience. This position will report to the HR Business Partner and serve as a key resource for employees, escalating issues to the HRBP as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for team members, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures while ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Monitor the HR inbox, promptly responding to general inquiries, directing employees to relevant resources, and escalating complex matters to the HRBP as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, company-wide celebrations, and professional development events such as Lunch & Learns.
- Assist with new hire orientation, helping to create a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new employees.
- Provide Workday support, including assisting with password resets, troubleshooting access issues, and guiding employees through essential system functions to ensure they can navigate the platform smoothly.
- Facilitate company training programs by managing scheduling, organizing materials, setting up training spaces, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.
- Partner with the HRBP to coordinate benefits education efforts and support the rollout of annual open enrollment, ensuring employees are informed and equipped with the necessary resources.
- Provide administrative and project support for various HR initiatives, assisting in process improvements and driving team objectives.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, experience working with manufacturing is a plus
- Strong professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Annual base pay: $63,000 - $80,000. Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
