As a State Farm Insurance Agent Team Member, you will play a crucial role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance. Your primary responsibility will be to use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of State Farm products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote State Farm products and services.
- Work closely with the State Farm Agent to develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales goals and quotas.
As a successful State Farm Agent Team Member, you will receive a competitive salary plus commission/bonus. Requirements include sales experience, a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas, self-motivation, and the ability to make presentations to potential customers.
