Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support State License 1 Verification NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN / LVN, AP) Job Details Title : Cross Train to Oncology Program D / N Rot / AO Min 1 year of experience in MS, MS / Tele, or oncology preferred - WILL TRAIN Familiarity with Pyxis medication system required. 1st time travelers accepted. EPIC charting exp REQUIRED Nurse-to-patient ratios adjusted based on acuity. Flexibility to float to different units within same specialty. Regular work schedule of 36 to 40 shifts per week during orientation, then 36 shifts afterward. Rotating day and night shifts every 4 weeks. Mandatory availability for alternating weekend shifts. Job Requirements BCLS and ACLS certifications required. Required Skills : MS / TELE experience – 1 year min. Ability to interpret and manage dysrhythmias. Knowledge of Rapid Response Teams. Competency in gastrointestinal care. Proficient in feeding tube care, IV therapy, phlebotomy, blood product administration, peripheral line care, and IV starts. Preferred Experience : Previous oncology experience preferred but not required. 1 year of RN experience in MS, MS / Tele required; no oncology experience necessary.
