What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at James Dean Construction, Inc.?
Opening available for an administrative assistant at a well-established construction company in the White Salmon, WA area. Currently a temporary full-time time position; potentially may lead to a permanent position.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Office clerical/support services
Obtain required permits and paperwork for trucking
Maintain trucking records and prepare reports
Invoice for rock and/or trucking sales
Produce requested rock sales reports
Assist estimators w/ plans and/or addendums
Position Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Drug free workplace with full testing required to ensure ability to safely perform job duties.
Must be able to provide verifiable references related to experience.
