Responsibilities
· Data entry and bookkeeping
· Reconciles records with internal company employees, vendors and customers
· Communicates with customers and vendors via telephone and e-mail
· Performs a variety of duties and accounting support tasks as required and assigned
· Compiles data and prepares a variety of daily, weekly and monthly reports in Microsoft Excel and other software
Skills, Abilities and Requirements
·Prior Accounting Experience Required
·Detail orientated
· Professional and courteous demeanor
· Excellent data entry skills
· Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures
· Excellent communication skills with all team members
· Well organized and dependable
· Valid drivers license and insurable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
