What You'll Do
Experience: 3 years as an HVAC Service Technician.
Certification: EPA Certification required (NATE Certification preferred).
Licensing: Valid Texas Driver's License with a clean driving record.
Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of wiring schematics, airflow diagnostics, and refrigeration handling.
Work Ethic: Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Flexibility: Willing to work overtime, on-call shifts, and occasional travel.
