Responsibilities :
- ERP & E-Commerce System Enhancements :
Gather and document project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful implementation.
Conduct analysis of performance metrics within our sales companies, and identify opportunities for improvement in sales, operations, and market development. This includes areas such as sales and inventory planning, pricing levels, rebate programs, and Microsoft CE initiatives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive process flows for various business functions, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
Evaluate and recommend out-of-the-box methodologies to enhance business processes within our sales companies.
Assist in continually raising the organization's bar for data-driven operations, both internally and externally.
Experience with or a willingness to learn the development of Power BI reports for insightful data analysis.
Partner with the IT department to design, conduct, monitor, and enhance IT training initiatives for employees.
Oversee the management of software licenses, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Sales
