Job Description

Responsibilities :

ERP & E-Commerce System Enhancements :

Gather and document project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful implementation.

Serve as the Project Manager for ERP system enhancement projects for our sales companies, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Act as the leader of our cross-functional team of business process analysts from among our companies.

Business Performance Evaluation :

Conduct analysis of performance metrics within our sales companies, and identify opportunities for improvement in sales, operations, and market development. This includes areas such as sales and inventory planning, pricing levels, rebate programs, and Microsoft CE initiatives.

Process Flow Creation and Maintenance :

Develop and maintain comprehensive process flows for various business functions, ensuring efficiency and clarity.

Out-of-the-Box Methodologies :

Evaluate and recommend out-of-the-box methodologies to enhance business processes within our sales companies.

Data and Analytics :

Assist in continually raising the organization's bar for data-driven operations, both internally and externally.

Power BI Reports :

Experience with or a willingness to learn the development of Power BI reports for insightful data analysis.

Develop Power BI Dashboards for users.

IT Training Initiatives :

Partner with the IT department to design, conduct, monitor, and enhance IT training initiatives for employees.

Software Licenses and IT Asset Management :

Oversee the management of software licenses, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications :

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Sales

Familiarity with or a willingness to learn development of Power BI reports

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to adapt to changing priorities, technologies, and business needs
