General Information:

Responsible for routine and advanced administration and delivery of software and configuration for physical and virtual endpoints in public computing facilities and classrooms via enterprise-level management tools. Works with a team of Lab Services Systems Administrators on a variety of projects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administers endpoints, servers, and tools for labs and related services.
• Troubleshoots and resolves complex software and hardware issues.
• Provides training and documentation as required for internal and external technical staff.
