Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand position requirements and craft compelling job profiles.
- Post job openings and develop strategies to attract top talent.
- Conduct phone screens to assess candidate suitability and administer skill assessments.
- Manage the entire candidate pipeline, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Coordinate on-site interviews, including scheduling travel arrangements when necessary.
- Solicit and document feedback from hiring managers and candidates to ensure continuous improvement.
- Oversee and promote the Employee Referral Program to leverage internal networks.
- Represent the company at career fairs and college recruiting events to attract emerging talent.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to the HR Director on recruitment progress.
- Handle offer letters, reference checks, and background checks with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with the HR Team to administer an engaging and effective internship program.
- Share recruitment insights and best practices to enhance overall hiring strategies.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations by adhering to company policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in a professional or technical environment.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and negotiation skills, coupled with proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws and hiring best practices to ensure a seamless and compliant recruitment process.
- Mindset: A proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about connecting the right talent to the right roles.
