🔹 About the Role:
Residential Elevators is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to join our HR team in Tallahassee. This is not an HR Generalist role—we need a dedicated recruiting professional who can develop hiring strategies, pivot quickly, and connect with candidates at all levels, from C-suite to field employees.
You'll be the face of the company, sitting at the front desk (but not a receptionist!), creating an inviting first impression for candidates and visitors. Beyond sourcing top talent, you'll also help shape company culture—brainstorming creative engagement initiatives, like food truck lunches and employee celebrations.
🔹 What You'll Do:
✅ Own the end-to-end recruiting process, from sourcing to onboarding
✅ Develop innovative hiring strategies tailored to our unique industry needs
✅ Partner with hiring managers to fill roles across departments
✅ Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
✅ Support a fun, collaborative company culture
