The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional customer service. *Responsibilities* - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to safety standards - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately - Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed *Qualifications* - Previous experience in bartending or a related role - Knowledge of various drink recipes and cocktail mixing techniques - Familiarity with POS systems, especially Aloha POS, is a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests effectively - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Understanding of retail math for handling transactions - Experience in catering or banquet settings is advantageous - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within the food industry
