We are looking for an enthusiastic Guest Relations Coordinator to join The Ridge Hill team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with the guest and tenant community. Your role will involve addressing tenant and guest inquiries and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. You will act as a liaison between property management, tenants and guests in ensuring efficient communication and problem resolution. You will further support The Ridge Hill Management Team in the execution of the property event program and day-to-day office functions.

Hours: Monday – Friday (schedule will change seasonally and be based on event needs)
Responsibilities
- M-F, schedule may shift according to event calendar, including select Saturdays
- Management Office front desk coverage and answer office phone
- Log guest feedback/inquiries (email, phone, in person) and assist with responding
- Accept packages, collect/distribute mail, send packages on behalf of the Management office
- Manage ordering and stocking of office/kitchen/leasing suite supplies and ensure all mentioned spaces, including conference room, are always kept in professional condition
- Coordinate food/beverages, IT needs, print collateral, and other hospitality for meetings and leasing tours
- Execute onsite and occasional offsite marketing events (often requiring evening and weekend assignments) and assist with event recap reports
- Execute and assist with creation of new onsite guest experiences
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (social media)
- Assist in gathering tenant feedback for marketing events and sales performance
- Organize and keep inventory of marketing event equipment and swag storage areas
- Additional support to Management and Marketing teams as needed
Qualifications
- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Experience with all major social media channels
- Flexible work schedule
- Willingness to learn on the job and share experiences with other members of the team
- Must be able to cover weekend shift at Ridge Hill
- Excellent organizational skills and key attention to detail
- Previous experience in event coordination is beneficial
Majority of work time will be spent in an office environment, however, set up and during events, candidate should be able to meet the following physical requirements:
