NOW HIRING :

Director of Marketing and Admissions

  • The Director of Marketing and admissions must meet census goals by working with facility Leadership Team and Home Office Clinical Liaison.
  • Manage the facility customer flow, admissions process, referral management and admission sign-in, though post admission.
  • Responsible for maintaining targeted occupancy levels of the facility.

    • Qualifications :

  • Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator
  • Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively
  • 2 years of experience in an Admissions / Marketing position in healthcare environment
  • Long term care experience required
  • Knowledge of Medicare and 3rd party billing
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Must be detail oriented and have excellent customer service skills
  • Must be able to travel locally by personal automobile as required
  • Serious applicants
  • Interest in the geriatric population
