Responsibilities :

  • The Director of Marketing and Admissions must meet census goals by working with facility Leadership Team and Home Office Clinical Liaison.
  • Manage the facility customer flow, admissions process, referral management and admission sign-in, through post admission.
  • Responsible for maintaining targeted occupancy levels of the facility.

    • Qualifications :

  • Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director, and motivator.
  • Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively.
  • 2 years of experience in an Admissions / Marketing position in a healthcare environment.
  • Long term care experience required.
  • Knowledge of Medicare and 3rd party billing.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be able to travel locally by personal automobile as required.
  • Serious applicants only.
  • Interest in the geriatric population.
