NOW HIRING : Director of Nursing (DON)
Director of Nursing (DON) Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the nursing department, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations
Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing policies and procedures to enhance resident care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and maintain individualized care plans
Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure quality and safety in patient care
Recruit, train, and mentor nursing staff, fostering professional development and a positive workplace culture
Monitor nursing staff performance and provide ongoing feedback and support
Ensure effective communication with residents, families, and healthcare providers
Director of Nursing (DON) Qualifications :
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
Nursing experience in a management or leadership role in a long-term care setting
Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and quality assurance practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
