The ideal candidate will have a customer service mindset, be comfortable interacting with a diverse client base, and understand the importance of maintaining client privacy and confidentiality. Our Client Access Specialist should be collaborative and have great attention to detail and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment. They will work closely with the rest of the Client Access Team and JAMHI Staff and Clinicians to support our clients in scheduling their care across many of JAMHI service lines. They will be able to learn and maintain strong boundaries and be able to communicate information about programs offered or requirements of service. Most of all, they will have a drive to serve others and provide accessible services to the community.
This position is ideal for someone who is looking for flexibility in their role. It can be either full or part-time and will work a set, and pre-agreed schedule between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Monday through Friday will the occasional need to cover other shifts with notice. This role will need to be able to provide staffing coverages at two locations, so the ability to move between the two is a must.

Minimum Qualifications:
All JAMHI positions require the ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with the current state regulation requirements.
- One year of reception, customer service, or retail in a customer-facing role, required.
- One year of entering information, scheduling, or clerical work (can be same position as above).
- Previous medical office experience, preferred.
- Ability to move between Salmon Creek and Jordan Creek Clinics
