JAMHI Health and Wellness, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Peer Support and Prevention Program Supervisor who will help our organization grow as we help people live their own best lives. We’re looking for an experienced supervisor who can develop, implement, and evaluate our Reentry, Peer Support, and Alcohol Safety programs.
Our Peer Support and Prevention Program Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that programs meet their objectives, align with organizational goals, and adhere to all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, experience in supporting recovery from co-occurring disorders, leading others, community outreach, and a commitment to supporting individuals in reentry and peer support environments.
This position may be eligible for up to $10,000 in relocation reimbursement.
Pay rates offered are determined based on a standardized scale that considers relevant experience and education.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field, and, 2 years of experience in program management, preferably in reentry, peer support, or co-occurring disorders.
- Master’s degree in social work, Public Health, Human Services, or a related field, and 1 year of experience in program management, preferably in reentry, peer support, or co-occurring disorders.
- 6 years of experience in program management can substitute for a Bachelor’s degree.
- 1 year of supervisory experience.
- Willingness to self-identify as a current or former recipient of mental health, substance use or co-occurring services.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to reentry, peer support, and alcohol safety programs.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting.
- Commitment to the organization's mission and values.
