Jamis Bicycles is seeking a full-time individual to join our team in our Accounts Receivable Department. As part of the Accounts Receivable Team you will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions that help to keep the company on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued customers.

As a Jamis representative you will be expected to maintain integrity in all interactions, representing the company positively and professionally at all times.
Description:
Candidate will need to be experienced in all phases of Accounts Receivable and Customer Relations, including, but not limited to the following:
· Daily Cash Applications, including processing payments with Credit Cards and ACH
· Preparing Daily reports submitted to the management team
· Communicating with customers to request payments and establishing/arranging payment plans
. Interaction with customers regarding credit lines and credit limits
· Maintaining all customer files
· Communicating with customers regarding questions on invoice due dates/payments/discounts/allowances
· Management of credit applications, review and analysis
· Daily bill processing
· Processing Credit/Debit memos
· Processing Retailer Chargebacks
· End of the month closing

Pay: $55,000.00 - $59,716.00 per year
