Job Responsibilities
The Transportation Supervisor at Jamul Casino is responsible for managing the daily operations of the transportation and valet parking services. This includes supervising staff, coordinating daily activities, and developing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties;
• Coordinate daily activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery of valet and transportation services;
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the transportation and valet parking services;
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations accordingly;
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field;
• Previous supervisory experience with increasing level of responsibilities;
• Minimum of two (2) years Valet Attendant experience;
• Valid California Driver License and no traffic citations in past three (3) years;
• Ability to safely operate passenger vehicles with standard and automatic transmissions.
