Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or administration in a sales department. You should also possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills, a clear and pleasant telephone manner, and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Manual dexterity and ability to document detailed and accurate prospect and client information in an electronic database are also essential.
