Job Summary
The Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a high-performing team, fostering strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, and overseeing individual performance goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a high-performing team by recommending staffing and budget changes in relation to the business growth plan
- Oversee individual performance goals and ensure assessments of delivery versus stated goals, general performance, alignment with company values, and development
- Create and maintain a culture of exceptional client care, team synergy, learning, and growth
- Lead by example and inspire the team in a positive, high-performance way, demonstrating a passion for our culture, people, and mission
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a STEM field, preferably in Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience working in a software implementation, client-focused environment
- 2 years of Managerial experience in leading technical teams
- Risk integrity management background is an asset
- Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods
- Able to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
