Janco Commercial Cleaning is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will support daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication with clients and assisting with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls, respond to client inquiries, and follow up with clients as needed.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Assist in preparing proposals and updating clients with revisions and changes.
- Manage email communications, including client updates and internal coordination.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and other business software effectively.
- Maintain records, organize documents, and support administrative tasks as required.
- Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed to support company operations.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate software tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
