WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A PROJECT AND INVENTORY COORDINATOR?
As our Project and Inventory Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our operations, keeping everything in order from the warehouse to the office. You'll track deliveries and inventory using our software, ensuring our supplies are stocked and our projects stay on schedule. On a typical day, you'll be hopping between tasks, from receiving and organizing deliveries to handling phone calls and coordinating project details. Your ability to move quickly and think on your feet will keep our coordinating team running efficiently. Whether you're working behind the scenes in the office or checking inventory in the warehouse, your role is key to our success.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time project management position, working Monday through Friday from 7 AM - 4 PM-no evenings or weekends required !
