Franchise Development Operations

Job Description

We are seeking a Franchise Development Representative to join our team! You will design and develop solutions to Support Franchise Owners problems or Client/ Customer concerns.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee Existing Accounts and Inspections of those accounts
• Monitor Concerns or Evaluate additional needs for Existing Customers
• Implement Policies and Procedures/ Training for Franchise Owners services Accounts
• Provide direction and guidance to team members
• Provide quality assurance review of new and existing Customers Needs
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Commercial/ Industrial Cleaning, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of Commercial Cleaning Products and Equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
