Function
To be the liaison between our customers and franchise owners to ensure our franchise owners respond to complaints in a positive professional manner. Resolve customer complaints with a sense of urgency via phone, email, or in person to increase customer retention. Become an expert in the customer service experience to coach our franchise owners so that they can become the best in the business and utilize best practices. Coach our franchise owners on how to retain and have long term relationships with their points of contact.

Scope
On a day to day basis, the Operations Advisor will attend daily and weekly meetings set by the Operations Manager and Regional Director. You will perform daily on-site inspections, track Franchise performance through various reports and submit accurate transaction forms. Participate in Franchise training, maintain quality control procedures, provide constructive feedback to franchisees when working with them in accounts and respond to customer requests and concerns.
Under the guidance and direction of the Operations Manager or Regional Director, the Operations Advisor shall:
- Regulatory: Assist in ensuring that all regional operations and activities implemented are in accordance with Jani-King policies and procedures.
- Management: Achieve your goals of high customer satisfaction and retention with proper time management and following the Jani-King program. Coach our Franchise Owners to assist them in growing and understanding their business. You may also be called on to assist with new large account start-ups outside of your territory scope in effort to and support our Franchise Owners.
- Systems: Maintain accurate and detailed information in our database. Enter daily customer and franchise interaction into our system. All paperwork and transactions should be filled out neatly, accurately, and timely. It is crucial that our database is accurately maintained.
- Team Building: Participate in continual training that provides opportunities for growth consistent with department and company goals and philosophies.
- Initial Franchise Training and Continuing Education: Participate in the Initial Franchise Training Program. This is a 13-class program that all new franchise owners are required to attend and pass a written exam upon completion.
- Other: Complete any other duties as needed and assigned.
Physical and Environmental Requirements
- Able to safely operate varying size and weight equipment such as auto scrubbers, low and high-speed scrubbers / burnishes, carpet extractors, backpack and upright vacuums, etc. for training purposes. – FREQUENTLY
- Driving an automobile within a 150-mile radius with stops occurring infrequently. At times could be in the car alone for up to 3 hours. – DAILY
- Required to bend, lift 25 pounds, and other physical activities during an inspection or customer contact appointment. - DAILY
- Computer work that requires sitting at a desk. - DAILY
- Physical light janitorial / cleaning labor for extended periods of time. - PERIODICALLY
- Duties will require sitting on an extended basis, standing and walking on a frequent basis as needed over rough and uneven terrain for client inspections.
- Must pass a background check and have a clean driving record.

$40,000 - $50,000 Salary DOE Commission Bonus Company Car
