- Streamline Onboarding: Manage documentation, follow up as needed, and ensure all new hire processes are completed accurately and on time.
- Support Recruiting Efforts: Assist with scheduling interviews, checking references, and conducting background checks.
- Stay Organized: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with precision.
- Assist with HR Processes: Process paperwork for employee transfers, pay adjustments, and job classification changes.
- Contribute to Reporting: Help prepare reports on attendance, onboarding, turnover, and other HR metrics.
- Keep Things Moving: Manage departmental communications, direct inquiries, and coordinate mail distribution.
- Build a Positive Environment: Promote clear communication between employees and management while escalating concerns as appropriate.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
We’re looking for someone who is detail-driven, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks. Here’s what you’ll need:
- Experience: At least three (3) years in HR administration.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Character: High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish required.
