Dishwasher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, cookware, and kitchen tools are cleaned, sanitized, and properly stored. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment efficiently and consistently.
• Keep dishwashing stations clean, organized, and stocked with necessary cleaning supplies.
• Assist kitchen staff by ensuring clean cookware and utensils are always available.
• Maintain cleanliness in back-of-house areas, including floors, drains, and trash disposal.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.
• Assist with basic prep work, as needed.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.

Qualifications:

• No previous experience required—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and cleanliness.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hot and humid conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
