We are seeking an experienced Digital Platform Specialist, responsible for managing third-party marketing and client engagement platforms including, but not limited to, email marketing, social media, website, text messaging, and local business listings. This role encompasses hands-on vendor management, ensuring the alignment of vendor roadmap with the organization’s goals and priorities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vendor management and digital platform optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Management:
Oversee relationships with key vendors for email marketing, social media, website platforms, text messaging solutions, and local listings.
Build strong partnerships with vendors to ensure optimal service delivery and innovation.
Platform Management:
Regularly review platform utilization and success metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to define and prioritize the roadmap for digital platforms.
Oversee the execution of platform strategies and enhancements, ensuring alignment with business and department goals.
Ensure effective communication regarding platform integrations, updates, and performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Provide high-level guidance on the functionalities and limitations of digital platforms.
Act as an escalation point for complex challenges involving vendors or platform integration.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
5 years of experience in vendor management, digital platform administration, or a related field.
Financial Services experience preferred.
Proven experience with digital platforms such as email marketing, websites, social media, content marketing, and/or local listings.
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align vendor activities with business objectives.
Proficient in project management and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Experience with tools such as Hearsay, Yext, Google My Business, Constant Contact, SMS platforms (e.g., Twilio), Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Broadridge.
Certifications in digital marketing, project management, or vendor management.
