The Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the recruitment function and be part of a team that recruits, selects and onboards qualified candidates for management, professional, technical and support positions at Janney Headquarters and at over 130 branch offices. This individual will also independently handle the recruitment of complex roles at both the manager and senior lead levels enterprise wide. In addition, this person will manage the Intern Program and build awareness of Janney as an employer of choice through networking, leveraging social media and being actively involved in local professional organizations that attract candidates at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.  What you are good at:   Organization and Time Management: Possessing the ability to effectively complete tasks in a time efficient manner while prioritizing tasks that are time sensitive. Initiative: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and build out efficiency. Client Service: Meeting and exceeding customer expectations by providing timely and attentive responses to managers and candidates. Team-Oriented: Collaborating with team members and other departments across the organization.   Responsibilities: Lead recruiter for complex roles. Execute full cycle recruitment activities for Janney openings with an emphasis on creating a diverse talent pipeline from a wide variety of sources to support current and future needs of the organization.  Establish, cultivate and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.  Leverage technology and social media, focusing on LinkedIn, to source passive candidates and deliver creative solutions to fill positions in a pro-active, efficient and timely manner. Network through professional organizations and other means to source candidates. Manage intern recruitment and program. Target and build relationships with colleges and universities that support recruitment goals and increase awareness of Janney as an employer of choice.  Act as the lead to identify and participate in campus events that support recruitment goals. Collaborate with Marketing to develop and create materials for use at these events.  Experience: Bachelor’s Degree. At least 7-10 years of progressive human resources experience in a corporate or recruiting agency setting, preferably focused on recruiting; prior experience working in the financial services industry preferred. Demonstrated experience sourcing passive, qualified candidates. Record of accomplishment of creating and implementing a variety of recruitment techniques that yielded results and built talent pipelines, especially with a focus on diverse talent. Demonstrated success in campus recruitment including building relationships and strategies with local schools and organizations on campus focused on attracting diverse students. Strong project management and customer service skills required. Understanding of employment laws as it pertains to recruitment and selection. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP a plus. What you have: Proven ability to consult, influence and build effective partnerships with hiring managers, especially at the senior level.  Strong interpersonal and networking skills that are effective in building a rapport with candidates and increase awareness of Janney as an employer of choice to a diverse pool of candidates.  Ability to successfully manage multiple openings and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to exercise judgment, responsiveness and sensitivity throughout the recruitment process. Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for recruitment, diversity and service excellence.  Highly proficient using applicant tracking systems.  Experience using Ceridian Dayforce a plus.    Skilled at using technology and social media to source candidates and build a diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs.   Highly proficient using MS-Office; advanced capabilities in Excel a plus.  Strong oral and written communication skills. This role will be hybrid, the individual will work approximately three days per week in-office.   Why work for us?
