- Assist qualified candidates in completing necessary carrier/client applications and ensure all required documentation is submitted.
- Schedule and confirm orientation dates for applicants, while effectively communicating travel and lodging arrangements.
- Proactively address any challenges that may hinder candidates from attending scheduled orientations.
- Perform administrative tasks and additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with candidates and client managers.
