Key Responsibilities
- Partner with client management to evaluate staffing requirements
- Facilitate the application process for qualified candidates and ensure the timely submission of necessary documents to carriers/clients
- Schedule and confirm applicant orientations, and communicate travel and accommodation arrangements
- Address any barriers impacting applicants’ attendance at scheduled orientations
- Perform various administrative tasks and additional responsibilities as assigned
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in recruiting or logistics is advantageous but not obligatory
- Willingness to work during standard business hours for optimal results
