- Ensure the timely submission of all required documents to carriers and clients.
- Schedule and confirm orientation sessions for applicants, while communicating necessary travel and lodging arrangements.
- Address and resolve any obstacles that may prevent applicants from attending scheduled orientations.
- Perform various administrative duties and other tasks as assigned.
