In this pivotal role, you will support a highly regarded team of Financial Advisors (FAs) by providing exceptional customer service, managing client relationships, and contributing to our marketing campaigns. You will help grow the team by implementing productivity-based initiatives, scheduling appointments, handling administrative tasks, and assisting with operational responsibilities.

Customer Service: Demonstrate the ability to build strong client relationships and manage time-sensitive issues with attention to detail.
Communication: Provide top-tier service over the phone and in writing, ensuring that client correspondence is professional, clear, and timely.
Initiative & Technology: You must be proactive in using technology and tools to manage tasks efficiently. This includes being comfortable with new technologies and staying up-to-date with current programs.
Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills, ensuring that client information is accurately tracked and that deadlines are consistently met.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with both the Financial Advisors and administrative team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
Marketing & Administrative Support: Experience in managing campaigns, submissions, and approvals, as well as supporting marketing functions is essential. Experience in mass emails, client outreach, and calendar management is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Relationship ManagementBuild and nurture strong client relationships through excellent service. You’ll be among the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing any issues that arise with home office departments.
Administrative SupportProvide critical administrative support to the team, including:
Answering phones and managing client inquiries.
Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars.
Managing birthday emails and client communications.
Marketing Campaigns & Client OutreachAssist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including working on marketing submissions, client approvals, and mass email distribution. Your role will involve actively contributing to increasing the team’s visibility and driving client engagement.
Proficiency in Technology & CRMUtilize the Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software platforms to streamline processes and enhance productivity. You will work extensively with:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote
CRM/ACT/Salesforce (or similar CRM systems)
Requirements:
High school diploma required.
Prior office experience required.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) required.
Familiarity with CRM systems (ACT, Salesforce, or similar) is strongly preferred.
Must be able to handle a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to obtain Series 7, 63, and 65 (or 66) within 12 months of hire is preferred, but not required at time of hire.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
