About Janove PLLC . We are a plaintiff-side law firm specializing in mass arbitration, the practice of collecting consumers’ interests and using their collective power to enforce their rights. We do this when, because of a clause hidden in a company’s terms of service, individuals lose their right to go to court and instead must litigate in arbitration. Mass arb asks for different tools and skills than does a litigation practice. A typical mass arb “matter” might include hundreds or thousands of clients with individual cases.

Job Overview and Objectives. We are seeking an Engagement Manager to grow and improve our client-facing operations. This person will build the conduit for more effective attorney-client communication at scale. They will be overseen by an attorney and will work closely with the legal and operations teams.
Responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain mastery of software tools for client collection, communication, and management, including CRM and digital advertising tools.
- Spearhead the creation of, and manage, a highly organized and efficient client communication staff team.
- Draft surveys, messages, advertisements, and press releases.
- Improve and maintain standard operating procedures for client communication.
- Identify opportunities to develop new cases and matters.
