We’re Looking for an Engagement Manager:
- A strategic leader with a strong background in healthcare and behavioral science to drive high-profile projects and serve as a trusted advisor to clients while leading internal teams, fostering collaboration, and driving innovative solutions.
As an Engagement Manager, you will:

- Take ownership of projects, develop work product, and serve as the trusted advisor to the client;
- Get to sleep in your own bed as our teams have limited travel.

Requirements:
- MBA, MPH or advanced degree
- 5-9 years’ experience with a track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Strong problem solver including ability to develop strategic hypotheses and thoughtfully present recommendations
- Demonstrated understanding of behavioral science principles and their application in healthcare
- Excel at building client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of multiple client relationships
- Clear excellence in verbal and written communications
- Passion for health and wellness is a bonus
