Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Pressure Washing Technician. As a Pressure Washing Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of exterior cleaning services listed below. This is a seasonal position that offers 30 – 50 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm. Some night and weekend work is required. The starting wage is $15 - $25/hour, depending on your experience level.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Soft-washing siding
· Applying treatments to roofs
· Pressure-washing concrete
· Washing windows
· Cleaning gutters
· Washing and staining decks
· Other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Strong work ethic
· Ability to carry up to 50 pounds
· Attention to detail
· Willingness to use a ladder (occasionally)
· Reliable transportation
· Friendly personality
