Overview
Working as a team, roll up corrugated steel door up onto axle assembly and prepare for shipping.
Responsibilities
- Place axle assembly on work table so that each end is supported in a bracket.
- Attach top end of corrugated steel roll up steel door to axle assembly with screws using air powered hand tool.
- Tape and place plastic wrapping on rolled steel door.
- Use hoist to lift rolled and wrapped steel door to pallet for shipping.
- Keep work area clean and neat.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One to two years previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
- Basic math skills required; adding, subtracting, fractions, decimals, etc.
- Overhead crane knowledge and/or experience preferred.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
- Regularly required to walk, stand, and bend.
