Your Role :
As a Revenue Cycle Supervisor, you will oversee the entire revenue cycle process, ensuring our billing, coding, and collections are efficient, accurate, and compliant with industry standards. Your expertise will drive process improvements and contribute to our organization's financial health.
Key Qualifications
Supervision : Lead, train, and manage our awesome billing team. You'll assign tasks, monitor performance, and conduct regular evaluations. Plus, you'll be the go-to backup for other accounting, billing, and data team members. Variety is the spice of life, right?Billing Operations : Ensure the accurate and timely submission of claims, follow-up on outstanding accounts, and manage billing adjustments and corrections. You'll be the hero who resolves patient and provider billing inquiries and complaints. Oversee daily billing operations to keep everything on track.Compliance : Keep us compliant with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as payer guidelines and organizational policies. Conduct regular audits to ensure we're always on point.Revenue Cycle Management : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like days in accounts receivable (A / R), collection rates, and denial rates. Develop strategies to optimize performance and implement best practices to keep us ahead of the game.Process Improvement : Identify areas for improvement in the billing process and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and improve cash flow. Develop and implement training programs to keep our team sharp and up to date.Collaboration : Work closely with clinical, administrative, and financial staff to resolve billing issues and ensure accurate documentation and coding. You'll be the glue that holds everything together!Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on billing and revenue cycle performance to senior management. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Develop dashboards and other tools to track and report on key metrics.Customer Service : Address and resolve patient and provider billing inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner. Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction related to billing processes.Additional Key Responsibilities :
Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for revenue enhancement.Technology Integration : Oversee the integration of new billing software and technologies to improve efficiency.Training and Development : Develop and implement training programs for revenue cycle staff to ensure continuous improvement and professional growth.Policy Development : Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks related to billing and revenue cycle operations.Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with external stakeholders, including payers and regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance and address any issues.Pay & Benefits
At Janus, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $68,000.00 and $72,000.00 annually and your base pay will be considered on your job-related skills, training, qualifications, experience, and relevant education.

Requirements :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in revenue cycle management, with at least two years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of billing and collections processes, healthcare reimbursement, and revenue recognition principlesExperience with electronic health records (EHR) and revenue cycle management softwareExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong leadership and team-building abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with the community and interest in collaboration with community providers is requiredProficiency in any of the following platforms is preferred : Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Apple iWork, or LibreOffice.Strong understanding of cloud-based and standalone office suite applications.Strong understanding of electronic health record (eHR) systems.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to office suites.
Salary : $68,000 - $72,000
