Job Description
The Appointment Scheduler is responsible for coordinating with the Service department, Quicklane, Body Shop, and Parts department to make sure that customer appointments are scheduled in an organized manner and that the parts required for the appointments are available and ordered in a timely manner. The scheduler will also be responsible for contacting the customer before their appointment to confirm the appointment and obtain the customers information.
