Entry-Level Budtender - Join the JARS Cannabis (LOCATION) Team!
Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service and open availability looking for a full-time position? JARS Cannabis is inviting entry-level candidates to join our vibrant team at our (LOCATION) location. If you have customer service experience from places like Starbucks, Target, or other retail and food service-oriented positions, we're willing to train you on cannabis and provide an exciting opportunity to grow in the industry.
PAY : $15.50-16.50 / hour shared tip pool
SCHEDULE : 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off.
OVERNIGHT Shifts included : 9 p.m. - 5 a.m., 10 p.m. - 6 a.m., 11 p.m. - 7 a.m.

Responsibilities :
- Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele.
- Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.
- Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.
