About the Role
As the Director of Operations, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all retail dispensary operations across our locations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead a team of District Managers, General Managers, and Associates to ensure flawless execution in revenue generation, compliance, customer service, merchandising, talent development, and daily operations. This role is ideal for a driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a best-in-class dispensary experience.

What You'll Do

• Lead & Oversee: Manage all retail operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Team Development: Recruit, hire, and develop top talent, providing coaching and feedback to foster a high-performing team.
• Drive Results: Set and monitor KPIs to achieve revenue and profitability targets. Develop strategies to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Optimize Operations: Manage inventory, labor scheduling, merchandising, and day-to-day operations. Design SOPs and policies to advance operational excellence.
• Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, Compliance, and Distribution teams to facilitate seamless departmental flow and resolve employee relations issues.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze and report on performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 5-10 years of proven leadership experience, preferably in a retail cannabis environment.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational excellence.
• Compliance-Driven: Hold a valid Facility Agent Card with the Arizona Department of Health Services.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to inspire and manage management teams effectively.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• Passion: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational success.
