We're looking for a Recruiter to join our team! This in-office role will be instrumental in building our team by identifying and attracting top talent. The ideal candidate is passionate about the cannabis industry, highly organized, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition : Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles.
- Hiring Events : Plan and host hiring events to engage potential candidates and grow our talent pipeline.
- ATS Management : Oversee and maintain the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify the best-fit candidates.
