We’re seeking a Marketing Assistant to help manage client social media, publish content, and support general marketing tasks.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll support our marketing initiatives by managing social media posts, assisting with graphic design, publishing blogs, and handling other digital marketing tasks. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative, and tech-savvy individual with a passion for content marketing and social media.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Schedule and publish social media posts for clients and JARS Digital across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Content Publishing: Format and upload blog posts, ensuring SEO optimization and proper styling.
- Graphic Design: Create engaging graphics for social posts, blog banners, and marketing materials using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Content Support: Assist in drafting, repurposing, and refining marketing copy for social media and blogs.
- General Marketing Tasks: Help with email campaigns, research, reporting, and other administrative marketing support.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in social media management, content publishing, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus).
- Familiarity with HubSpot.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and blog formatting in WordPress or other CMS.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.
