Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain critical identity and access management platforms, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
- Manage the configuration, deployment, and lifecycle of cloud resources, adhering to governance and cost-management policies.
- Represent the Global Cloud and Identity Team in architecture discussions and technical projects, ensuring that solutions meet organizational goals and security requirements.
- Provide deep technical knowledge and insights to guide decision-making in architecture and operational processes.
- Configure and maintain firewall solutions to protect cloud resources and ensure secure access.
- Collaborate with networking teams to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues impacting cloud services.
- Provide operational leadership during US business hours, ensuring timely response to incidents, requests, and service disruptions.
- Support global operations by serving as a key escalation point for cloud and identity-related issues.
- Implement robust identity and access management practices, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), conditional access policies, and zero-trust principles.
- Work with security teams to enforce compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Regularly assess platforms for vulnerabilities and lead efforts to enhance their security posture.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
