Responsibilities

- Manage dispatching activities to optimize transportation efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse staff to promote professional development and performance excellence.
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to coordinate materials management and inventory control.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role within warehouse management.
