Fast paced Matrimonial & Family Law Firm in Nassau County is presently accepting applications (for immediate hire) for a full-time associate attorney, with at least 2 years of matrimonial experience, who will be responsible for independent and collaborative case load for litigation and "uncontested" matters. The candidate should have ample experience with client relations in a private law firm setting, drafting motions, discovery responses, statements of net worth, divorce packets, conducting depositions, court conferences, trials/hearings, and case management. Compensation is negotiable and commensurate with experience and qualifications. Position will allow growth and advancement.
