Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in CT and RI. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include providing excellent customer service, conducting property tours, negotiating sales, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market. The role requires effective communication, networking, and sales skills to ensure successful transactions.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Property and Real Estate transactions
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Proven Sales experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of the local real estate market in is a plus
Salary : $80,000 - $240,000
